Royal Jigsaw

To celebrate meeting the princesses last week, C-bao put together the above puzzle this weekend (mostly on her own, the C-folks might add). She's come a long way with these puzzles over the past few months.

Princesses

C-bao's visit to Disneyland of course included meeting various princesses, including Snow White, Cinderella and Belle.

C-bao was quite shy, actually, and didn't appear to be overly comfortable with royalty etiquette. Luckily the princesses were all quite gracious and encouraging. Good training, Disney!

Here she is having a nice conversation with Cinderella, who complimented her on her blue shirt.

C-bao dons her princess outfit - courtesy of sister K-bao - and is swept up in a dance by C-Pop (who appears to be king only by virtue of his paternal association with C-bao and her sister - certainly not in evidence by his sphere of influence).

No one wants to be thinking of the hopefully long-ways-off and very far away wedding banquet dance, but these are the moments that remind C-Pop of how fleeting time is.

Princess & the Frog

C-bao gets hold of a slimy amphibian at the California Academy of Sciences. Here she is contemplating whether or not to pucker up for it (deciding of course, to go for it, though she mistook the feet for the lips).
